Client Relationship Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on new business, upgrades, renewals and referrals from the assigned clients
2. Dealing with client queries promptly and professionally through telephone, email, letter or other (respond to these yourself where you can and as agreed and refer to colleagues where appropriate)
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients and looking for opportunities to deliver added value to client relationships
4. Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain the company's presence
5. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
6. Interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
7. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
8. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
