About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Learn practices related to client onboarding, support, customer success, etc.
2. Field all client inquiries, complaints, comments, and requests
3. Analyze client data, troubleshoot, and report client inquiries and needs
4. Analyze customer feedback on product ranges and new releases & prepare reports
5. Work with clients from over 78 countries to help them with an awesome client experience & support
