About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
2. Maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations. For example, keeping them realistic about timelines for delivering campaigns
3. Coordinating with the business development team and the creative team to meet the above targets
