Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
2. Developing new business and pitching for new/existing clients
3. Working on financial discipline in collecting client outstanding
4. Making proposals and following up on them
5. Seeking, processing and executing new/existing client requests
6. Answering queries regarding services and processes
7. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
8. Maintaining trackers and reports for client interaction
9. Collecting feedback and resolving client complaints
10. Meeting existing clients and pitching other services
