Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to retail user queries who are looking for preschool/daycare admission on our platform
2. Work with our internal team and daycare/preschool network to close the query
3. Manage the internal customer relationship team by assigning user calls and following up with the team on closure on queries assigned to them
4. Ensure that all user trackers for centers are timely updated by the team and you
5. Generate user analytics to track viz. city wise, center wise, service wise request, and share insights with our management for action planning
6. Ensure booking agreements are closed with daycare's/preschools who are on boarded as booking partners
7. Resolve any queries that the user team or centers may have with the bookings and leads
8. Engage with the preschool/daycare network on any campaigns & offers that our company launches
