Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain existing client relationships
2. Interact and correspond with prospective clients
3. Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
4. Develop and execute yearly formal business plans for assigned territory
5. Schedule sales visits regularly in the territory to provide apt accounts coverage
6. Identify key business and clinical challenges
7. Demonstrate needs fulfillment model and method
8. Identify decision-makers, services, and products to meet client issues
9. Work on direct development of client customized solutions
10. Negotiate with clients for efficient service delivery at profitable fees
11. Ensure services are priced correctly for client expansion opportunities
12. Present solutions to clients and negotiate price optimally
13. Draft client service agreement providing details on the scope of service and compensation
14. Negotiate with the client to execute contact
15. Protect firm from errors and omissions (E&O)
