Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather data to identify and document the client's requirements
2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
3. Provide general administrative support to the team
4. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation
6. Ensure client satisfaction by providing professional and friendly customer service
Requirements:
1. Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
2. MS Excel and MS Office
