1. Take brief from the client and understand their requirements thoroughly
2. Explain requirements to team/vendor and get the work executed
3. Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
4. Seek feedback from the clients
5. Get changes done as applicable
6. Work on being updated about all work relating to the client
7. Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work
8. Identify new opportunities for association with clients
9. Execute review meetings (on-call) with the client whenever required
10. Work on the quality check of work as per the prescribed standard
11. Get work approved by seniors/concerned personnel before delivery
