Client Servicing Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take the proper information/brief - objective/purpose of the brief/activity, plans of the clients, and budget from the client (email & call)
2. Keep learning about the client's industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
3. Conduct a thorough & detailed secondary research to understand client competition from all possible parameters essential to developing a communication & media plan
4. Prepare MOM of every client meeting/calls
5. Ensure there is error-free execution
6. Take the campaigns live; once live, review, optimize projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential
7. Ensure all important parameters are checked before making a campaign live
8. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget (long hours are common, and advertising owls are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines)
9. Ensure client work (plans/campaigns/reports) are shared with client on time in the format client expects or agency followed format
10. Contribute to pitches for new businesses
11. Handle daily communication with the client, understanding the challenges, conveying to the ad operations team and replying promptly back to the client
