Client Servicing Internship (Part time/Remote)

You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping to promote our services.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve customer experience
3. Coordinate client promotions and campaigns
4. Assist in account management and billing processes
5. Support sales and marketing teams with client-related tasks
6. Create presentations and reports to present to clients
7. Work with subject matter experts and clients to ensure the accuracy of the content
8. Assist in the development of educational materials
9. Design and deliver training for staff and clients
10. Craft effective communication strategies
11. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
12. Participate in problem-solving initiatives
