2. Speaking to patients about feedback forms and appointments; following up with old patients, reviewing patients, and talking about various treatment packages
3. Supervising clinic hygiene practices daily
4. Following up on all deadlines related to clinic
5. Communicating competently and pleasantly with consultants
6. Communicating with all stakeholders of the healthcare ecosystem: doctors (in-house consultants), patients, visitors, medical reps, distributors
