1. Must be comfortable with creating and managing complex business proposals
2. Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills
3. Proficiency in data analytics will be an added advantage
4. Ability to build a strong relationship, exercise diplomacy and problem-solving to work effectively under pressure
5. Deep understanding of the Bangalore in general
6. Has good business sense, multitasking and prioritization abilities, an unwavering focus, and the ability to handle ambiguity
7. Must have key skills business development, team leader, account management, relationships, field audits, process improvement and event management
