About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct survey of commercial buildings of BKC, Andheri East, Lower Parel, Nariman Point, Powai and other commercial property micro markets of Mumbai
2. Provide a supply of office spaces available for lease/sale of the above-mentioned locations of Mumbai
3. Commence business development activities by engaging in a telephonic conversation with corporates
4. Set up appointments with potential clients

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50000 per successful transaction).

Incentives could be minimum 20K and can go up to 1 Lakh+ depending upon the size of the transaction.
