About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling e-mails, drafting emails on behalf of the organization
2. Handling communication calls, event calendar, and program logistics
3. Assuming the responsibility from the board and delegating the work to the stakeholders
4. Planning, managing and organizing visit of the board. This involves giving coordination support
5. Retrieving important files and filing documents, drafting letters and proposals
6. Providing back-end support and coordination
7. Managing basic IT-related work which also involves social media handling
8. Accompanying CYL/IIGL board for high-level meetings and interactions for keeping a note of the minutes

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per pro-activeness).
