Harold Fernandes is a meditation teacher, musician, dream analyst, counselor, and science & technology geek. He has been practicing awareness, meditation, and mindfulness for the last 23 years. He has practiced for several years in the traditions of zen and vipassana, while reading up the works of the great mystic masters in spirituality.
The projects he is currently working on are - a blog on how to live consciously, get to bliss, and love life, courses on meditation and deep awareness - both in person and online, and a book on my journey - how I got to bliss and what you can do to get there.
