Join our 4-week Community Influencing Internship and gain valuable insights into the dynamics of the social sector! This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience diverse tasks, each contributing to your understanding of community engagement and social impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Week 1: Explore the Fundraising Department and learn the art of securing financial resources for impactful projects. Contribute to fundraising campaigns, engage with potential donors, and develop essential skills in resource mobilization.
2. Week 2: Get hands-on experience in the HR Department by participating in the recruitment process. Assist in hiring and onboarding one intern, gaining insights into talent acquisition, and building a collaborative work environment.
3. Week 3: Make a direct impact on your community by engaging in social work activities. Participate in initiatives like tree planting, feeding stray animals, or supporting local NGOs. Experience the fulfillment of contributing to positive change.
4. Week 4: Learn the power of communication and utilize social media platforms to raise awareness. Showcase your social work experiences, create engaging content, and inspire others to join the journey of community influencing.
