About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scout and identify the SMEs in the field of software development, management, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
2. Lead end-to-end onboarding and training process
3. Engage with prospects as a Great Learning ambassador and brief them on engagement opportunities
4. Assess prospects on the ability to deliver a great learning experience as per the quality standards of Great Learning
5. Create and maintain a healthy mentor pipeline to ensure all the delivery targets are met without compromising on the quality of learning experience for the customers
6. Forge long term relationships with mentors & gurus to ensure they have a long term association with Great Learning
7. Contribute towards transforming the mentor management function
