Community Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage day-to-day operations in generating referrals, engagement strategy, and retaining our users for communities
2. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns and programs
3. Execute both online and offline community strategy
4. Work closely and collaboratively with brand/BD and marketing teams to achieve community metrics and goals
5. Think creatively and design new campaigns strategically to draw out the daily engagement and retention strategies

Skills and other requirements:

1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
2. Highly creative & thought through
3. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
4. Analytical and multitasking skills
5. Comfortable with using Canva or any other video/image edit software
6. Flair for copywriting and using Google Translator
