About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide chat support (no voice calls) with sales leads (10.30 am - 7 pm) coming to our WhatsApp number/Facebook Messenger from your home, using our dashboard
2. Join multiple WhatsApp mom communities administered by us (each group is specific to a class from nursery to class 2); moderate and post our daily content to these groups
3. Keep the communities engaged, clean, without any spams; make the experience better for the members and respond to their queries
4. Try to understand the issues faced by members and how to improve our product by getting feedback regularly
