Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the development of the company's growth strategy and digital communities
2. Manage daily administrative tasks and support the community team with the execution
3. Conduct to identify market trends and target community's preferences and analyses member's rating reports/questionnaires
4. Maintain records and approach colleges for onboarding
5. Monitor competitors' marketing activities and identify opportunities for growth
6. Participate in the creation of all growth plans to increase brand awareness
7. Participate in the creation of content for all communication activities
8. Work on the end-to-end operations for community building and management
