About Litifer

Litifer is a Gurgaon-based voice tech startup led by a core team of IIT Roorkee alumni. We are VC funded and our backers include some of the early investors in Oyo, Box8, Block.one, and similar exemplary companies. At Litifer, we create voice-tech gadgets. Our first product is 'Hoggy Buddy', a portable fun gadget, kids love talking to. We are looking to hire ambitious and smart people who have the ability to learn, adapt, and figure out stuff, for internships and as full-time employees in different roles.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Join multiple WhatsApp mom communities administered by us (each group is specific to a class from nursery to class 2); moderate and post our daily content to these groups
2. Respond to user comments on our social media posts- Facebook & Instagram and resolve primary issues
3. Keep the communities engaged, clean, without any spams; make the experience better for the members and respond to their queries
4. Try to understand the issues faced by members and how to improve our product by getting feedback regularly
