Job summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced community manager to join our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing our Discord community and social media accounts
2. Creating engaging content and growing our community for designers and developers
3. Working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty
Requirements:
1. Experience in community management or digital marketing
2. Experience using Discord and other community management tools
3. Strong familiarity with design tools such as Figma and a passion for the design and development industry
4. Excellent verbal and copywriting skills
5. High brainstorming abilities
6. Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices
7. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per 10,000 users onboarded).
