About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in handling statutory registers and records for companies
2. Filing of statutory forms and reporting under various regulatory authorities
3. Preparing minutes of the board and general meetings
4. Drafting agenda, notices, board resolutions, and special resolutions
5. Preparing draft memorandum on advisory, w.r.t. transactions under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and IBC
6. Working on development and maintenance of compliance tracker mechanism
7. Coordinating with the accounts and audit department for transactions involving compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder
8. Working on XBRL filing of annual financial statements with RoC
9. Analyzing the provisions of company law/FEMA/IBC/competition law/banking laws and its presentation in a simplified manner
10. Analyzing and preparing articles/write-ups on the recent case laws, circulars, and notifications
11. Assisting in developing tools/calculators under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA
