3. Work on maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc.)
4. Work on share transfer, issue of shares, etc.
5. Work on planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc
6. Work on RBI compliances with FLA, FCGPR, etc.
7. Work on drafting contracts and agreements
8. Work on trademark applications and hearing
