1. Carrying out work and assignment with respect to corporate laws such as the Companies Act, 2013, Limited Liability Act, 2008, and Partnership Act, 1932 such as Annual Filing, XBRL, Incorporations, and necessary compliance
2. Handling assignments such as private placements, right issues, director-related compliance, secretarial audit, etc.
3. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries, taking minutes of board meetings and general meetings
4. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action
5. Carrying out assignments related to FEMA & RBI compliance such as FDI, ODI & ECB compliance
6. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required.
7. Visiting client's office, the office of Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Firms, NCLT, and RBI desk for various compliance requirements
We are a financial consultancy and legal advisory firm. The firm currently has a client base of 90-100 clients on the retainer basis and regular assignment basis. Our projects extend from annual filing, XBRL filing, secretarial audits, due diligence, etc. to investment banking, private equity funding, shareholders agreements, mergers, winding up, strike off, NCLT matters, etc. We are also inclined to involve our interns in the setting up of start-ups and consultancy on business ventures. We are based in Goregaon East, however, we do encourage client visits so we can analyze the needs of our clients on a real-time basis. Our mission is to learn and hence we keep enhancing knowledge of our team by conducting various internal training sessions on the various new and upcoming matters. The corporate world is a huge spectrum where we can diversify our services but we intend to remain focused on company law and allied corporate matters.
