Compliance (Finance) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring compliance as per the requirements of SEBI, Companies Act, and KYC requirements
2. Helping in regulatory audits
3. Keeping up-to-date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies
4. Handling compliance documentation

Who can apply:

1. Must be a graduate or a student pursuing the company secretarial course
2. Must have strong knowledge of SEBI and banking laws and regulations
3. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as effective written and verbal skills
4. Must have solid organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects, priorities, assignments, and/or individuals simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
5. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
