About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting in labor law and statutory compliance audit at the factory site
2. Working on contract labor management
3. MIS and database management
4. Working on document scrutiny and uploading it on the software/web
5. Maintaining employee relations
