1. Create Instagram posts, carousels, and captions for ongoing campaigns
2. Work with the design team (or Canva) to turn content ideas into post-worthy graphics
3. Maintain a posting calendar and ensure consistent brand presence
C. Organic engagement & commenting strategy:
1. Drop clever, witty comments on viral posts, trending reels, and celeb/influencer content
2. Engage with fashion/lifestyle pages to boost Bella Babe's discoverability
3. Monitor DMs, replies, and mentions for real-time interaction
D. Influencer collaboration (barter & paid):
1. Reach out to micro & mid-tier influencers for barter collabs
2. Share campaign briefs, finalize deliverables, and ensure timely content delivery
3. Coordinate UGC-style ad content creation from influencers and creators
E. Page growth & analytics:
1. Track followers, reach, engagement, saves, and top-performing content
2. Suggest what's working (and what's not), and adapt the strategy weekly
3. Keep a sharp eye on IG trends, viral audio, and competitor moves

1. Energetic and fun-loving personality with a flair for creating trendy, relatable content
2. Someone who’s always on Instagram, loves tracking trends, reels, and pop culture
3. Must be creative, collaborative, and self-driven- you’ll work closely with the team but also own ideas independently
4. Should be able to conceptualize moodboards, storyboards, and turn ideas into visual content
5. Basic skills in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Rush
6. Strong visual sense and ability to create aesthetic layouts, captions, and content hooks
7. A passion for fashion, lifestyle, and the ever-evolving digital landscape
8. Bonus if you’ve worked with creators or handled content for a fashion/lifestyle page
9. Must be open to office-based work (Paschim Vihar, Delhi) and interested in a long-term/full-time opportunity after the internship
