About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop content according to a standard operating procedure, including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, process design, progress checks, performance evaluations, and knowledge assessments
2. Collaborate with operation team leads to design training content in the areas needing training team support
3. Plan refreshers and classroom training as necessary

Note: MBA graduate required.
