About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content creation:
1. Write engaging blog posts, captions, newsletters, and emailers tailored for real estate buyers, investors, and agents
2. Research and script content for Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and brand explainers

B. Social media copywriting:
1. Craft platform-specific content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) aligned with our brand tone and audience

C. Video/podcast scripting support:
1. Assist in writing and structuring video scripts and podcast outlines
2. Coordinate with the video team for smooth execution

D. Market research:
1. Study trending real estate topics, news, and keywords to support content planning
2. Conduct competitor content audits and identify gaps or new opportunities

E. Campaign brainstorming:
1. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns, reels, and property launches
2. Contribute fresh ideas to improve content virality and engagement

F. Content distribution:
1. Assist in scheduling and distributing content across email, WhatsApp, and social channels

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in mass communication, journalism, media studies, or a related field.

2. Strong command over English (Hindi writing is a plus).

3. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO writing, and social media trends.

4. Excellent research, writing, and storytelling abilities.

5. Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, content scheduling tools, or basic video editing

Additional information

Stipend Structure:
