Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reading and shortlisting fiction novels/related materials and penning down detailed synopsis
2. Creating novel-wise marketing materials deck using Flash/PPT
3. Shortlisting novels for cinematic adaptation and coordinating with authors for literary material
