4. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
5. Collaborate with the content development team to brainstorm and generate ideas for new content types.
6. Assist in optimizing content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to StepUpwards' platforms.
7. Support the marketing and design teams in developing and implementing content strategies that align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
8. Update website content and assist in maintaining content consistency in terms of style, fonts, images, color palette, and tone.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, digital marketing, and e-learning.
10. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest content optimization strategies.
11. Meet assigned content development quotas and contribute to the team's goals and targets.
