Content Supervising Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing blogs and articles for different niche (2000+ words)
2. Working on setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with our company's plans and vision and communicating them to subordinates
3. Working on organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
4. Working on monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
5. Working on maintaining timekeeping and personnel records
6. Working on passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
7. Working on preparing and submitting performance reports
