Content/Technical Writing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work under the content/technical writing team and other team members to learn about the industry and organization
2. Learn about communication, documentation, and other technical concepts related to the organization
3. Work co-op with product managers, product designers, and others to learn more about the company s products, and services
4. Work in the information development cycle to draft, revise, and validate a series of content/documents
5. Assist in writing content/documentation in different cases, including white papers, web content, user manuals, and more
6. Work with expert writers to learn the technical writing fundamentals of the industry
7. Proofread various new content documents and other deliverables
8. Optimize content using SEO best practices

Primary Skills:

1. Complete proficiency in the English language is needed with excellent grammar, sentence structure, and more
2. The candidate should use various Microsoft Office programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Some experience with using templates and samples may be required
4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are needed
5. Should have a learning nature and have strong attention to detail
6. Excellent proofreading skills and fast typing speed may be a requirement
