About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating conceptual information, step-by-step procedures, and examples
2. Trying out new features as you work with developers and designers to improve the related user experience, UI text, and error messages
3. Interacting directly with customers and using their feedback to improve the documentation dynamically, then updating and publishing your documentation on demand
4. Following other technical writers and editors to improve your writing and growing professionally as a technical communicator

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing of software documentation

2. Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers

3. Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users' understanding

4. Excellent written skills in English

5. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in journalism

6. Professional writing or creative writing is a big plus

7. Background in engineering or computer science is a big plus

8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

9. Great interpersonal and communication skills
