Content Writing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with learning & development team engrossing themselves in the special projects which will help the company to achieve the vision
2. Fetching of the data from the platform basis the instructions shared
3. Processing, organizing and maintaining the data of all the employees undergoing the courses on the e-learning platform
4. Preparing various dashboards for reflecting the performance of the employees' basis certain parameters
5. Highlighting the top performers using MS-Excel (proficiency is required) for all the undergone courses
6. Ensuring accuracy in the data management and updating the information of the new employees getting enrolled for the courses
7. Analyzing the content creation for all the special requests and requirements from the different departments
8. Researching for the relevant content creation as pre-work for content development
9. Defining the objective and outcome of the training with the content to be developed
10. Creating presentations with learner engaging visuals and techniques
11. Developing content on the basis the target audience
