About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on brand and marketing campaigns, creative briefs, media planning, paid above the line media and digital marketing campaigns (including search and paid social) to drive awareness of our content
2. Working as our journalist/reporter across multiple genres
3. Posting news & information on our website and social media handles
4. Taking video/print interviews of important people/ celebrities and writing/articulating them well
5. Creating digital posters using software technologies such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
6. Liaisoning with print & electronic media houses

Who can apply

Added requirements

1. Candidate should be able to use data & insights not only to understand the situation but also the people involved in it while measuring its effects

2. Demonstrates substantive experience in a marketing role

3. Is full of marketing ideas with a real passion for news

4. Is experienced in the media industry - not a primary requirement but will be an added advantage

5. Has experience in delivering multi-media marketing campaigns, from brief to evaluation

6. Demonstrates knowledge of budget and project management and experience in managing stakeholder relationships
