We have also created a digital platform for surveys, analytics, consulting, and training. The firm also has a search and recruitment practice.
The firm was founded by Prashant Srivastava (an IIM-A alumni). He has worked as the CEO of Gallup India, partner (engagement and culture) at Aon Hewitt (a Fortune 500 company), and group CHRO of Reliance Group. He is supported by a group of consultants from premier consulting firms. Our purpose is to elevate human life and enhance business performance.
