A content management intern's duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing, and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing the content team, among other tasks. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online. You will be working directly under the CEO and learn the tips and trades of working.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Optimize content for SEO using the keywords provided, or research for keywords on SEMRush or other SEO tools
2. Edit and upload on WordPress along with the requirements, change the formatting of files and the text presentation according to given guidelines
3. Write assignments in case there is a shortage of writers at a given time
4. Manage, train, mentor, and nurture the writers
5. Know each writer's writing habits so that you can assign and distribute the workload effectively
6. Ensure timely submission of the articles by the content writers
7. Help with daily administrative tasks and schedules of content writers and social media marketing interns
8. Review the articles and suggesting better wordings (editing it to the best of your capability)

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
