About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audiences like developers, stakeholders, and end customers
2. Write easy-to-understand manuals and developer guides
3. Study product/platform and work with product analysts, designers and developers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
4. Organize and write supporting documents for product/platform
5. Use drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase the user's understanding
6. Create different product manuals
7. Revise documents as new issues/requirement arises.
8. Work with team (managers, testers, and developers) to make product/platform easier to use, thus need fewer instructions
