Content Writing Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administering our company's social media accounts
2. Creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to our followers
3. Managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals
4. Handling our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
5. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
6. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
7. Setting specific objectives and reports on ROI
8. Generating editing, publishing and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
9. Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
10. Collaborating with other teams like marketing, sales & customer service to ensure brand consistency
11. Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews
12. Overseeing social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
13. Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
14. Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
