This role will expose you to an exciting high growth travel software startup, based in Melbourne, Australia.
You will be mentored by industry professionals and get an understanding of what it takes to succeed in an Australian startup.
This internship involves three steps:
1. Learn and become an advanced user at our platform (https://connect.cleantravel.org)
2. Learn and become an advanced used at our customer service platform (https://intercom.com)
3. Create multiple 'How to' guides, Knowledge Base materials, product demos and micro learning content for new users of our software, using intercom.com's platform
This internship will teach you:
1. To be an advanced used at the world's most popular customer service platform, intercom.com
2. How to be an advanced customer service professional
3. How to communicate a platform's functions to a customer
