About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Determine the needs of end-users for technical documentation
2. Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
3. Organize and write supporting documents for products
4. Work using photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase user's understanding
5. Select appropriate medium for message or audience such as manuals or online videos
6. Standardize content across platforms and media
7. Gather feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
8. Revise documents as new issues arise
