6. Must be a game geek and must have a desire to contribute to game creation
7. Should have knowledge of game mechanics and should work accordingly
8. Understanding of design tool frameworks and how both script and visual script co-exist
9. Should be able to provide constructive feedback to developers and designers for developing high-quality games
