About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching and understanding about Josh Talks and inspirational content.
2. Ideating and assembling footage into a finished project that is suitable for digital consumption
3. Creating interesting, engaging, and shareable Josh video content
4. Creating suitable templates, thumbnails, and intros for the videos and accompanying social media channels.
5. Keeping up with the pop-culture and internet and creating video content in line with the trends
6. Constantly ideating and Instigating conversations, about everything-what people are sharing, liking, and talking about on the Internet.
7. Collating video/picture content related to a Josh Talk and summarise it in a short video of 180 seconds or more
8. Promoting video content across social channels
9. Optimizing content according to SEO on the required platforms
