Content Writing Internship (Remote)

Roles and responsibilities include:

1. Develop product through content writing and management (blogs, forum posts)
2. Conduct user research and provide feedback
3. Promote and create content on social media platforms for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter among others
4. Generate new ideas for new content for better results
5. Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
6. Create informative and engaging content that should enable customers to get their information promptly and efficiently
7. Write robust marketing copy to promote our products/services
8. Liaison with various product stakeholders
9. Help in user support
