About No Sir No Madam

Do you believe in mutual respect or one-sided sir/madam? Have you ever thought, why are you chanting sir/madam in every sentence? When you address your seniors/supervisors as sir/madam, do you feel inferior? Do you consider sir/madam salutation as a form of respect or sycophancy? Are you habitual of addressing people as sir/madam in government organizations? Do you want to live in an inclusive society that promotes equality? If you are a change-maker, who believes in the #nosirnomadam culture, then, please join the No Sir No Madam's initiative to make a difference in India.

After facing similar issues, a group of socially informed individuals started the No Sir No Madam cause in 2015. How a small change can help solve the issues of corruption, work-place hierarchical discrimination, social inequality, and reservation in India. Now, over 180 organizations, Indian and global entrepreneurs, IIT and IIM, Stanford, Harvard global alumnus are vouching for a change in the air.
