About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
2. Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
3. Represent the company in legal proceedings
4. Design and oversee the company s policy and position on legal matters
5. Protect the company against legal risks and violations
6. Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
7. Negotiate deals on behalf of the company
8. Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations

1. UG LLB in any specialization

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 23rd Mar'23 and 27th Apr'23

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi and neighboring cities
