About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on secondary research and technical expertise/scientific input on the formulation by referencing ayurvedic texts as well as online resources
2. Working on preparation and practical execution of formulation- including iterations
3. Recording data points from practical formulations and maintaining data
4. Monitoring formulation development process (e.g. process development, implementation of new formulation techniques) and ensuring they are performed in a scientifically correct way
5. Identifying potential stability and performance issues with prototype formulations
6. Drafting work instructions for the formulation lab operators to ensure that work is performed efficiently and in a scientifically sound manner
7. Supporting the scale-up of developed formulations and bringing them to GMP manufacturing
