We are looking for an intern for our corporate & college training programs department.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Reaching our participants (students/professionals) over the phone & video calls from databases/referrals and pitching our training programs to them
2. Listening to participant's (students/professionals) academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgemental manner
3. Providing one-on-one guidance to participants (students/professionals) regarding the training programs of our company and assisting them in making the right choice of joining our programs
4. Helping participants (students/professionals) during the course of training programs with various applications/tests/certifications
5. Providing students with materials related to our training courses
6. Helping trainers with similar support activities for the training programs
7. Helping trainers create various marketing & other communication support materials
8. Generating referrals for our training programs from participants & and their contacts
Note: To be successful in this role, you should treat all participants (students/professionals) with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. You should have a strong sense of social perceptiveness and you must be gently persuasive.

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Note: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, candidates will be paid an incentive of Rs. 7000 based on their successful performance during the 3 months of the internship period.
